I’m an operator, not a content creator. Originally from Aleppo, Syria — an industrial city built on trade, craftsmanship, and commerce for thousands of years. I started in my family’s candy business at 8 years old — learning production, operations, and sales from the ground up before strategy became a word I used professionally.
I spent 15 years living in Shanghai during China’s booming economy, working with businesses of every size — from small local operators finding their footing to large corporates navigating scale. That experience showed me one pattern that never changed regardless of country, industry, or revenue stage: most businesses don’t fail because the founder isn’t smart enough.
They fail because nobody ever gave them the complete operational picture for their exact stage.
